Four yams boiled with garlic and carrots. Basilita rice, brussel sprouts, mushrooms and yellow peppers.Skillet has light olive and Irish Butter simmering the cucumbers. The thigh will get fried for a few minutes in the skillet, seasoning added to chicken, drops of honey added to all, except the chicken. ---

I do the same dish (I add mince meat) sometimes at the lowest possible setting on the smallest burner, but it takes me less than half the time to do that in an even larger pot than that before it over-softens or loses its nutritional value.
