1: Nerf Citadels, give them anchoring limits so you can’t spam them, such as how starbases required a celestial, as well as simply removing asset safety or at the very least remove the ability to store supers, you shouldn’t be able to cache them, dock them in keepstars sure, but caching them with asset safety dumping them into NPC stations, **No.** Simply put Citadels are logistically overpowered compared to what they were meant to replace, you can store infinite m3 in an astrahus, you could not do this with a starbase, you could store infinite m3 in an outpost, but you could only have one in a system. It just makes war so unfun, especially when you have entire regions full of citadels to mindnumbingly bash and all you get is a dumb core. 2: Fix T1 subcap industry. T1 is the baseline of the game, its what all new players fly in their first few months of play. Scarcity and industry updates have ruined T1 production, you should be able to produce T1 anywhere in EVE, especially in nulsec where your supply lines might be cut off during war. Rorquals and moons having ore minerals was overpowered, we only needed to nerf rorquals and moons, not ruin baseline production on basic ships. 3: Fix everything that enables lame suicide ganks. I’m not saying outright removing it but certain things should be fixed, clone tags shouldn’t fix sec status, negative sec status should be a massive hinderance to suicide ganking, ect. Agency bookmarks shouldn’t dynamically update with anomalies. Ore anomalies should be changed back to signatures and require a different type of probes “industrial probes” that can only be used by Exploration Frigates T1/T2, or Industrial Command Ships such as Porpoise, Orca, and Rorqual. 4: Bring back wardecing to how it used to be. But make the price per day for war be based on how much the attacking side has destroyed the previous day, with long cooldowns. The current system is useless, the older system was easily abusable, but at least it worked. Basing daily payment upkeep like a reverse bounty payout system, such as “You killed 2 billion isk yesterday, to keep your declaration today you must pay 1.5-2 billion+compounding fees” 5: Stop redoing the NPE and holding players hands all the time. Redo the career missions so its less waiting around and add in cosmos level sight seeing stuff around starter systems. Fix low level PVE content so its more interesting to do than shooting 5-20 red triangles 1-5 times, closer to burners but balanced for t1 ships and modules. 6: Remove the NEX store LARP between AURA and ISIS, that thing is poison to new player retention. 7: Add content for all ship types in all areas of space, but not instanced crap like abyss. 8: Finally give us the caldari-minmatar pirate line. 9: Dust 514 port to PC with persistent combat like planetside. There are other things I would love to see, such as the removal of skill point injectors, or make skill extractors and injectors account bound so you can ‘respec’ or feeding skills to alts, but I feel that we’ve already had a decade of skill injection so it would just cause a massive imbalance of newbros vs vets with 5 maxed accounts, a can of worms if you will. ---
