I was wondering what the most amount of ISK to receive per entry is for project discovery. I have gotten a max of 99,000 ISK per entry, is this the highest amount of ISK possible to get? Please let me know. ---

As an Alpha after you get passed some levels and your accuracy is good you can get nearly 10mil a day. As an Omega 20+ depending on accuracy. ---
