**John Frederick Milius** is an American filmmaker. He is considered a major figure of the New Hollywood era. He rose to prominence in the early 1970s for writing the scripts for The Life and Times of Judge Roy Bean (1972), Jeremiah Johnson (also 1972), and the first two Dirty Harry films. In 1980, he was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay for Apocalypse Now, which he co-wrote with Francis Ford Coppola. During the 1980s, Milius established himself as a director of action and adventure films, with Conan the Barbarian (1982) and Red Dawn (1984). ![1000008613](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/eveonline/original/4X/e/f/2/ef26a735b189c7e08dd0fb71d7ada6732038c195.jpeg) ![1000008617](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/eveonline/original/4X/0/c/8/0c825930b56c122ee01e52b72ea2134d2167ff02.jpeg) ![1000008615](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/eveonline/original/4X/d/8/2/d823c3c408e76ede1ac1584fe8cc93d2398b99cf.jpeg) ![1000008616](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/eveonline/original/4X/b/9/d/b9d550f523d45ed84028ee879d8a07c54633da60.jpeg) ---

Eric Von Zipper learns to give people the finger. Frankie and Annette fall in love and try to make each other jealous.
