Calm down, had the same after the launcher upgrade. Something was wrong with shared cache permissions, the launcher offered a repair. After that I restarted the launcher and everything works fine again now.

You’re still patching. Not ready to play until done patching. Look at the progress bar at the bottom of the launcher.

And otherwise, [create a support ticket](https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us) and have some patience.

Because you can scream all day and nothing’s going to get fixed. The developers don’t read this forum, it’s just us players here. If it makes you feel better WE CAN YELL BACK AT YOU. INCLUDING THE F WORD.
