There’s a reason you think that “PVP was pampered for 20 years” and that is because this is a PvP game. I only play this game because you can break into other people’s dungeons and steal their stuff. That is the selling point of EvE, and aside from that it’s a pretty average game, with no real story, deep but meaningless lore, and average gameplay. The only reason EvE is still going after 20 years is because “PVP is pampered”, if they stop doing that then the game will die. ---

Clearly there would need to be a timer mechanism, like with structure timers, and then some kind of FPS, or beat’em’up gameplay, where teams would attack/defend the hanger doors or somesuch. ---
