# Why can miners grief me with kill rights but I can't grief them?

This is an unbalanced, unfair mechanic that punishes valid gameplay. A person righteously punished for not having proper permits does not have a noose hanging around their neck for a month, allowing people that are completely unrelated to the event to grief a person that is just going about their day in the most secure space to ever exist.
