The issue is how easy and thus more likely it is to encounter a 6 multiboxer fleet rather than a regular 6-man fleet. So, solo roaming doing your own thing, even if you’re open to the occaisonal PvP, will discourage people from doing these activities due the vastly increased risk of unfair fight/gank. ---

Their main issue is that if there wasn’t enough players online to gank them, they wouldn’t have died if 1 player with alts wasn’t there to gank them. This can be true , an example being that 1 ship can not gank a freighter in high sec before concord arrives. ---

Yea exactly you have multiple pings around the gate so you can warp up and down quickly and just ram the freighter first so it takes longer to counter the inertia then start aligning, by that time its over you’ve already warped back down and gotten point again. ---

But conversely a 6 man multibox fleet costs the one person individually 6 times more that it would cost each of 6 individual members…not to mention the extra cost of running 5 extra accounts. It’s not like there is ‘no’ penalty for the multiboxer. Those extra 5 accounts are costing £62 a month…which is around 9 billion ISK a month. ---

CCP is happy as 6 omega accounts as opposed to 1. Nothing stopping the whiners getting 6 omegas themselves or bringing along 5 buddies. ---

I was referring to the likelihood of being ganked - it’s increased tenfold with multi-boxer around. The ‘unfair’ part was about looking for a fair PvP fight and not constantly be outnumbered as a non-multiboxer. ---
