Manifest is the first system in Exordium. The gate to it is in Yulai. Exordium contains 53 systems. 7 for each of the 4 empires, and 25 Concord systems. ---

Players have already put up hundreds of POCOs, but FC stated they are going to be wiped. You aren’t supposed to be able to anchor anything in Exordium. ---

I went to check this out. There are still offices available in the Minmatar and Gallente areas. I didn’t bother checking the Caldari and Amarr sections. But, you are correct the station that appears to be intended to be the main market hub, all 100 offices are rented.
