You aren’t the arbiter of what is or isn’t a valid playstyle either. Each weapon platform has pros and cons to it. Should Dark abyssals be changed because it benefits missiles over turrets? People can just use different ships for that as well. People who train drones are able to use another weapon system. Gallente pilots have hybrid weapons they can rely on for this event if drones are not optimal. _gestures at all the polorized Kronos around event sites_ ---

I have done it and posted pictures even in this topic. Gila can do it, Rattlesnake can do it, Dominix can do it, Ishtar can do it. You just have to know what you are doing. They can reach comparable run-times to other, missile or gun-based ships and if you shoot the NPCs in the right order, you don’t even have to scoop drones all the time. I have done _several_ runs in all kind of Droneboats and they _do the job_. ---

It’s more of a “well if people are going to be this stupid why shouldn’t I take advantage and have some lols”. Just as one does with farming ishtars in null, running a corp, making profit on the market and pretty much most other play styles that involve others. It’s just a bit more on the nose. Not that I’m a ganker, not done it in a few years now and even then it was more personal than regular. ---

easy to solo, can protect your stuff if you play smart and could easily kill any aggressor. All i have lost was a tractor unit beacause i flew too far from it and left it uprotected. You learn from your mistakes. ---

I think the main take away from this is CCP needs to do better. Should Drones be targeted? I understand those who think yes. But that does mess with some of the ships out here specially tailored for drones. Kinda like when CCP did the Jammer Nerf to where now the jammed target can still target you. totally killed Solo jamming pvp . Spawn rate of combat sites, difficulty level of sites etc. I dont mind the hard sites, but they should had included easier sites for players starting out. But I guess the new players just get the explo sites and we all know how fun that is Explo sites. Random and Random Random places they spawn, you can find 3 in a system or go 9 systems before finding one Random loot. Some cans like 8 mill, other cans empty or like 20K Overall I give the event a C or 3 stars our of 5 ---

targeting of drones makes it more difficult to enter with super tanky ships and just auto kill everything with drones. So yes it does make you think a bit in making a fit for the job and play a bit more active rather than passive. The loot is adequate. ---

People pay for this so it’s the OBLIGATION of the provider not to pamper one playstyle or specific ships but to make sure that EVERYTHING works? This is called balancing a game… Same goes to that ANNOYING pvp favor in this game…this has to stop END OF STORY Why? Because i say so… ---

Thank you for leaving more sites for the rest of us. making an assumption from a sample size of _one_ is very clever. * * * I just did 8 sites (no shortcut tokens, full clears) in a Tengu: - 220M loot (Jita Buy Estimate) → 210M after sales tax, just right-click-sell-all ([EVE Tycoon](https://evetycoon.com/appraisal/NoZpeM)) - 85.79M Bounty First Kill: 0447 ET, Last Kill 0622 ET → 95min runtime * * * = 295,78M net income after sales tax = 3.11M ISK/minute = 187M ISK/h - you can make even more when using shortcut tokens (8 of them would have cost 8x3M = 24M in Jita from contracts but cut runtime in half and reducing bounty by like 25%). = 210M net loot + 64.5M bounty - 24M tokens = 250.5M in 47.5min = 5.27M ISK/minute = 316.42M/h with shortcut tokens Again, thank you for not running them! ---

Well, don’t suggest to roam HighSec and do two sites in an hour while wasting 80% of your time traveling. I did these 8 sites because I had 3 in-system when logged in and 5 others in the 2 systems next door. You can make really good money with them, so any claims that they are “not worth it” are clearly wrong. You just can’t expect to run them 4 hours in a row. But if you have some nearby, just undock and clear them, it’s easy money.
