# Worth coming back after 7 years?

I’ve just come back after almost as long and have been given (back?) about 2.5m SPs, to do as I wish with. I also went for the discounted platinum starter pack which gives you another load of SPs, as well as enough plex to sub my alt for 3 months, with change.  
I’m enjoying being back and don’t feel at all behind. Well, at least no more than I ever did anyway,

I started back in EvE after a long break thanks to being stuck in my computer room all the time because of covid.

I could not remember the username or email address of my old main for the life of me, so I started over fresh. It was not painful. Knowing how the game works is more important that skill points or isk.

Agreed, knowing the EVE 101s like, travel, UI, basic fitting tactics, the basic ISK faucets (Incursions, Mining, Missions, Explo, etc) and things long this line can really save so much time!
