No; it is fitted with cloaky warp. That is the point; slippy and fast with fast align and low radius, or slow align but with cloaky warp and three warp core stabs. And you can cloaky warp when going from station to station in hisec too.

ok, thats true. cloaky warp is good, but not for alphas. In the past I had some trouble with it because I decloaked after anything goes nearby 2000m, like a ganker frigate. But this should happen very seldom.

Aim for 4 sec align (with inertia stabs). Get a 50MWD and a prototype cloak for cloak MWD trick (google it). Rigs go hyperspacial for warp speed. Rest of mid you either go a bit shield tank or ECM burst for lock break.

as I said in first post.

BTW use a compact 50mn instead of enduring.

also, when using mwd cloack your align can’t be lower than 11s so nozzles and inertial stabs are pretty useless here.
A fast frigate will burn to you into 2-3 s even if you cloak up, and then decloak you.
so, carggohold in the rigs and warp core in the lows are a better idea.

> also, when using mwd cloack your align can’t be lower than 11s so nozzles and inertial stabs are pretty useless here.

Why is it so? Why I cannot align faster?
Is this so for the sensor recalibration time (10s) using the cloak?

in the description of mwd-cloak-trick they talk about this:

> 1. Hit align to your point of interest
> 2. Immediately after hit the cloak
> 3. Immediately after you hit cloak hit your MWD _(this **does** work, you can activate non-offensive modules for 5 seconds after you activate a cloaking device)._
> 4. When your MWD cycle is about 90-95% complete, deactivate your cloak and spam warp to your point of interest.
> 5. The MWD will deactivate automatically, and when it does you will instantly enter warp.
>
> Because the MWD boosts your (cloaked) speed by 500% for one cycle while you are cloaked you will end up at right around warp speed when you deactivate the cloak (right before the MWD cycle is complete.) Since you hit align before the cloak you will be aligned and at warp speed when the cloak drops. This equals near insta-warp. With practice, you can be uncloaked for literally less than a second total on a gate.

because mwd has a cycle of 10s. Add in the 1s to decloak(and actually 1s to decloak after aligning), so getting better base align is useless when you use mwd.

I fly the wreathe with three Tech2 Nanos. That has to be enough or get rekt.

Dont forget that good bookmarks can make your life a lot easier and reduce risk. If you have to go though gates you should scout before.

For example you can create driveby bookmark for PI hauling. You have bookmark in line to the poco, warp the poco, align out, load fast (be prepared, have the stuff already in the poco, drag to cargo) and warp to the exit. You still have a lot of velocity and this can do this really fast. If somebodys waiting at the poco you might be screwed, but if they are only hunting you, you have very good chances to escape.

If I had to fly an Alpha through LS this is the fit I would use.

[Wreathe, LS]

‘Accord’ Core Compensation
‘Accord’ Core Compensation
‘Accord’ Core Compensation
Damage Control II
Type-D Restrained Inertial Stabilizers

10MN Y-S8 Compact Afterburner
50MN Y-T8 Compact Microwarpdrive
Medium Azeotropic Restrained Shield Extender
Medium Azeotropic Restrained Shield Extender
EM Ward Amplifier II

[Empty High slot]
[Empty High slot]

Medium Low Friction Nozzle Joints I
Medium Low Friction Nozzle Joints I
Medium Hyperspatial Velocity Optimizer I

Dual drop for burning back to gate with a big fleet, OK align and OK tank + warp cores.

Would still perfer a Cloak MWD (or get good and use a T2 hauler), but you have to use what you can.

You can make is better with T2 mods but I went as cheap as possible . Could also use an Invlu or 2 but I prefer passive as its less for a new player to worry about when jumping into a gate camp. Also could use a tank or speed reg instead of the hyper but getting to a gate before a chasing crusier fleet does is a good thing.

ok, I realized that is completely crap.

- could not used by alphas
- warping in about 11s is too slow
with my normal fitting (- _ **→ here a full fitted WREATHE with shield tank** _
_ **to resist attacks before warping** _.) I would warp in about 6s.

get one fit for LS and one for HS.

The main threat for HS is the nades. The main threat for LS is the gatecamps.
you need a minimum of ehp to tank both, as well as align time.

if you can fit a mwd+AB fit it’s better for LS as it allows you to burn back to gate.
for HS you instead need a correct amount of ehp to tank the alpha of one nade : 10k eho/nade ±

basically in HS you need at least two LSE, a DC and as many extender rig as you can. plus, a passive em shield amplifier - passive because error prone and em because nades shoot in em/explo but your shield already has good explo resist.

What you need is, to have ± 11k ehp per 100M worth items + fit you have.

Both.

I have been in a non-MWD fitted miasmos in LS, with warp cores, and sailed away from the gate because the local pirate could not stop me getting away.

I have been in a MWD fitted miasmos in LS, with warp cores, and got splashed because my fat fingers missed the cloaky warp and the local pirate disintegrated me before my warp could kick in.

T2 Warps cores are of no value to a hauler, They just add cost. Best to use he cheaper Meta Warp core that will fit.
