There is nothing in the marketplace as of recent that has caught my eye. I’m currently looking for a character with skills focused in all the core areas for a good all rounder sub cap. **Budget** : 400 Billion. **Requirements** Does not need to be exact. Show the character as I still might be interested. - No wasted Skill points. - No names with numbers in it. - All Spaceship Command Sub Cap Skills Tier V (Any Haulers/Miners not required) - All Armor Sub Cab Skills Tier V - All Shield Sub Cap Skills Tier V - All Engineering Sub Cab Skills Tier V - All Navigation Sub Cap Skills Tier V - All Electronic Sub Cap Skills Tier V - All Gunnery Sub Cap Skills Tier V - All Missile Sub Cap Skills Tier V - All Drones Sub Cap Skills Tier V - All Targeting Skills Tier V - All Scanning Skills Tier V - All Social Skills Tier IV+ - All Neural Enhancement Tier IV+ (Depends what you have) - All Rig Skills Tier IV+ Bonus if it has unallocated skill points. ---

A little random to post on this thread but sounds like that person got a bargain. If you look through other threads in the Bazzar there will be differences in price ranges. It is not always about the skill points. Many factors can play it’s part in the price. However, at the end of the day it all comes down to the seller and the buyer. How much the Seller is willing to part with there Character and how much the buyer is willing to spend for said Character. Appreciate the free Bump. ---

Was considering selling this character soon but since you have been looking for a while I will offer him to you first [QSNA](https://www.qsna.eu/eve/characters/1725302929/information) Will be over 277.9 mil in 3 days (249.8M alloc + 28M unalloc) Very focused to combat though has a couple of gaps in sub cap Was an alt I created to do FW but life intervened and he has only come out for events and occasionally to do opportunities so very clean history and I am now using that account for a new Char since it has been so long since I had tried the new player experience CCP compliance +ve wallet - Yes +ve Sec Status No kill rights Located in Hi Sec He would come at a bit of a premium but well within your budget ---
