Hellooo there,

I’m looking to buy a focused EXPLO or ABYSS GUY character with the following core skills:

* * *

_Exploration skills (required)_

- Astrometrics V
- At least 2 of: Astrometric Pinpointing / Rangefinding / Acquisition IV+
- Cloaking IV (Covert Ops cloak ready)
- Hacking IV
- Archaeology IV

* * *

- Ability to fly an **GILA** cleanly with good capacitor/fitting/nav skills

* * *

### ✅ **Must-have conditions**

- No killrights
- Located in \*_high-sec_
**Unallocated SP** is a huge plus

Budget: up to **8-13B ISK** , depending on SP and focus.

Thanks! o7
