# Wtb c2 with static HS and either a c3 or c4 must have astra or bigger inside

Hey gentlemen and ladies, I am looking for a c2 with a static high sec and either are c3 or a c4 as the second static. Must have an astrahus or fortizar inside able to transfer over. Prefer wolf rayet, magnetar or vanilla holes. Thanks for your time.

Ill pay the jita price for the structures and up to a couple bil for the hole itself. Though will insist on a intermediary broker for it.
