I’m in the market for a Rorqual Pilot with focused skills. Would like character to have [these](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1iKHcrW1ViK1CoLpveRToz-aNp_uClXjyT3PmXn6c2C4/edit?usp=sharing) skills or be close to them. Price range is 8-12 billion depending on whether the pilot has all the required skills or is just close to them. Not looking for any skills beyond what is listed. ---
