WTB graduated/focused subcapital pilot

Around 100mil - 130mil SP or more. Budget is around 100b, isk ready.

Preferably without industry related skills, and without corporation management, planet management, production, resource processing, scanning, social, structure management, and trade.

Fleet support is good.
