I am looking for a character that has focused on subcaps. Most, if not all, support skills maxed.

- T2 Amarr everything is preferred.
- Precursor skills highly valued as well
- Cybernetics 5
- Social skills are nice, but not required

If you have cap skills or anything extra like mining, research, etc, I’ll consider it…I’ll just extract them after the purchase _(or you can do it yourself to reduce the cost for me…and hence make more more willing to purchase)_.

I’ve got up to ~120bil to spend, so show me what you have (though I’ll only be spending that much on a pretty much perfect character).
