Howdy everyone: I am acting as a book-running agent for the sale of a POCO. We are looking to get around 150m, but there is room to negotiate. The office is located in contiguous high-sec Khanid in a reasonably busy system with stations (not many of these in Khanid, TBQH). My client has kept taxes low in an effort to attract business at the office and it is nicely busy. The office is attached to a GAS planet. I am online for contact for the next couple hours.
