Why can’t you send it? You can email customer service to clarify and solve it, or what is the problem with your role? If you can’t teleport the character for such a simple matter, I request that you refund the money first. ---

Character Transfer from Russia is only through support ticket. It’s not a scam just stupidity of the seller not knowing that. ---
