No but you can look in game to see that they are in an NPC corp or not. ---

Ah I missed that. Yeah, this guy would have had plenty of time to extract all of those skills and is now selling a 0 skill point character. There was a reddit post on this complaining that CCP moves very slowly if at all with these scams. ---
