Characters have 5m of almost entirely gunnery/missile skills, so would also be ideal as a PVP starter toon, and if used for farming, they have several million skill points in skills ready to train at max speed without needing to remap. Plus they already have +3 implants in

Note: Characters have sp counts of 4.99m sp as EvE does not allow you to train skills if it would push you over 5m SP on an alpha. This is no more than an hour or two of training and all chars are as close as possible to 5m
