Dude, hes from i believe russia. Russians cant transfer like normal. They have to do it the old way via plex. So its gonna take a few days If you read back through this thread you will see that it takes a few days before characters are received ---

No. Russians have been blocked by most major banks. They cant use any money on ccps website so they cant transfer like normal. So they are the only ones ccp will let do plex transfers so they can still transfer characters. Its at the whim of when the GMs get to it ---

Hi! Usually, no more than 10 hours, but there was a technical difficulty that required contacting support. While I’m waiting for an answer, apparently it coincided with the new expansion, which is why there is such a big delay. ---

@Nex_ai characters for sale must confirm they are for sale by posting on the thread with the character in question to verify ownership. To make this thread manageable, I recommend you edit the original post, and then link the confirmation reply (get url via the the link icon ![image](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/eveonline/original/4X/f/1/e/f1e15e76f2fa49f2a980990ea90c22d7ebdd6c69.png) ) to the post where the character has posted their skillboard. ---
