The specialization of the pilot is irrelevent. You are asking for a 30b isk mark up on the 1b per million skill points that is the average for the character bazaar. You asked why no one was interested and im explaining to you why.

your character has 80m sp, you are asking for 100+b isk. if its above 100b so roughly 110 is what you are hoping for im guessing. thats about a 30b isk mark up. 100b isk is a 20b isk mark up. The Standard is 1b per million. So anything above that is a mark up, anything below that is a discount.
