Positive ISK

No Kill Rights, No kills, all 4 loses are NPC

Only been in only one corp. just to get out of paying taxes.

Will be in NPC Corp. at time of sale Setting in Jita

As rules aply, I will pay Transfer, but have the right to turn down any or all bids.

I know it is not a lot of Skill Points; But the Implants is how I set the starting bid.
A character with this amount of Skill Points is 10 Bil to 15 Bil depending on how it is trained. The implants are worth 9.6 Bil. This character makes ISK, more than you will think.

So Start at: 20 Bil

Buyout at this time is 30 Bil

Sale will end a 12/17/2018 12:00 Eve time, offer I feel fair or when buyout is met. The last bid at that posted at that time is the last bid I will take, be it here or in game. That keeps it fair.
