# WTS Legacy researched Cynabal BPC (Has ME:6 and TE:6)

As the title says I came across a legacy Cynabal BPC with ME:6 TE:6. I have never seen a faction ship BPC with research before, so I figured I would see if anyone was interested in it. I am open to offers on it as I do not know allot about its history or value (if anyone would like to share info please do).
