For example, I have a Revenant with a market price of 300b, but it is difficult to sell because most buyers do not need it. They just want to be middlemen and earn the difference, so they will not accept the normal price.

550b which is already very low. Even resell will still make a considerable profit.  
Don’t be too greedy

I checked the transaction history of the forum, excluding my own. The last two transaction prices were both 280b, but I bid 280, and still no one bought it.

The conclusion is: there are few people who really need it, and most transactions are speculative.
