Accepted pending response from CCP indicating “WTT” deals are enforced by developers as items are in separate locations.

I don’t think they are??? Just haul the injectors to the titan using courier contracts.

I offered to. He doesn’t want to have to take the risk of moving the injectors from where the rag is to the marketplace. I also offered to just sell them for isk and give him that but he ghosted me.
