Connectivity issues on 28 July

Concerning me, i restarted my box (connection) and the problem was solved.

thanks for whatever you did to fix… I am online.

Sorry. on macbook pro. still can’t log in. any advise what to do?

My main problems seem to have started a few months ago but I know a few others haven’t been able to log in that entire time even using dx9 mode which I am now forced to use again.
CCP I don’t know what you’ve been doing but it seems to me the problem is getting worse.

Customer service does nothing the e-mail address’s are not functioning,now u can submit a ticket,but e-mail for support is a no go.

I’m still experiencing this problem. I’ve tried everything to fix it.

I have White screen in louncher window and obviosly cant select the account
I cant login in web-louncher.

Valaraukar Okama I had the same problem. Try this EVE launcher login window not displaying correctly

It says that you will have to re-add your characters, however I found if I didn’t delete the folder ‘QtWebEngine’ it fixed the problem and I didn’t have to re-add my accounts.

Also instead of deleting folders, I find it is better to rename the folders so you can put them back if it doesn’t help.
