Wow I love your candid post! 07 We only ask for API for the toons in corp but in the interview we would ask about previous affiliations and keep that information among leadership only. We have had “reborn” toons in eve before because we like to default to the positive in people. Unfortunately it did not work out for us with the last one but we will not let it effect others and are still willing to give a second chance to those seeking one.
We are a Null Sec corp and I will be candid in return that we are a little newer to PvP and trying to learn but honestly dont know unless you try or give people a chance - could have the most amazing Pvpers but wont know unless ya give it shot. We have a military director and another feller that has built Alpha and Omega fits for our corp (each their own fits) and we would be open to your suggestions or personal doctrines for fleet ups if you are willing to teach. 
Our group has become a digital family and we support each other in growing and getting into everything that we can. There are tons of fleets available in our fleet up screens and on the FYI we were part of the Keepstar fight that recently went down in 9-4 - over 6000 pilots in system - the ti di was ridiculous.
Again on the candid side we also help new players and alphs so if killboards are your main goal ours needs some touch up but we are working on it. As with all things in EVE it takes time.
