I start with a new character 3 months ago, and have approx 3.1m SP
Really interested in small-medium size PvP i also love flying ECM boat
yeah sorry we require a cap alt and a reasonable skill proficiency in our main doctrines along with some PVP knowledge/experience
We;re doing a lot with Pandemic Horde at the moment so if you’re interested in doing PVP I would recommend joining them
But Black Legion and Negative Enthrophy sounds badass
