We’re expanding our combat capabilities and looking for the right leader to shape and drive our fleet operations. If you’re a seasoned Fleet Commander or a rising Skirmish Lead looking for the chance to build a formidable PvP force with full logistical support, this is your shot.
The Role
As our Fleet Commander, you’ll help shape the corp’s combat identity. From small-gang roams to organized fleet ops, you’ll be the tactical heart of our warfighting capability. You’ll help us train new pilots, guide doctrine development, and scale up our ops as our members grow in skill and numbers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead regular combat operations—roams, skirmishes, home defense, and tactical ops.
- Liaise with alliance and coalition forces to coordinate combat efforts.
- Design and evolve fleet doctrines tailored to our growing size, goals, and pilot strengths.
- Mentor and train both new and returning pilots in PvP fundamentals and fleet roles.
- Coordinate with corp leadership on combat readiness, logistics, and priorities.
- Recruit and develop junior FCs and PvP leads as we grow.

Who We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in a relevant role: FC, skirmish commander, PvP Lead, etc.
- Tactical vision and clear, decisive leadership in fleet situations, from chaotic small gang brawls to impromptu home defense responses to much larger, more disciplined strategic ops.
- Solid knowledge of ship metas, fleet comps, combat roles, fits, combat mechanics, and Pyfa.
- Ability to teach, mentor, and grow the pilots around you.
- A desire to build something from the ground up—with the full support of corp leadership.
