not all ore’s respawned in HS, even after second DT

Hey there. This notification was sent out at 12:22 to all accounts that were logged in, with periodic updates around key moments, along with notifications on the launcher. Whenever we have an unscheduled downtime we try to give at least 20 minutes - in this case 30 minutes - advanced notice, especially for things like the Abyss.
