Returning Player Looking for PvP

Greetings, capital ship pilot here returning to game. I have tried most things the game has to offer and think I would like to be in a pvp centric environment.

Never been able to use my capitals other than a thanatos for carrier ratting.

Would like to be able to use my maxed dread skills, either for pvp or pve.

Specialize in minmatarr dreads and max thanatos skills
