What exactly are we bidding on though? Is this thing fully fit? What station? Im kinda just blind low balling atm not knowing what it is we are bidding for.

For answers to some questions posed.
1. You’re bidding on the Bestla Hull. It was fully fit, but the abyssals have been removed. Because they’re inconsequential in comparison to the hull cost, I’m including the non-abyssal parts of a regular ESS fit, which is how I used it:

Couple thousand DG/Fury HM, assorted drones, various boosters like overclocker/pyro IV, quafe, expired older drugs, proper rigs, all of which should be inconsequential to the overall price, but are a nice bonus to the next owner. This ship also has a number of killmarks, as it is one of the few that has been actively used.
2. It’s in a non-kickout station somewhere in contiguous hisec. I’m not being specific for obvious reasons.
3. Anyone familiar with the Bestla knows that they require very good fitting rolls in order to use the proper fit. I am keeping my abyssals, but I have an extensive collection and may be persuaded to part with some specific mods that would be useful to the next owner when putting together a fit.
