Former Navy (1976-1982)
Former Interstate trucker (19 years), during which I taught myself to use computers.
Then I got two associate degrees (network security & digital forensics) at Texas State Technical College (TSTC).
During my stay at TSTC, I joined a ‘computer-gaming’ club and was introduced to EvE online.
I was one of only two people to stay with the game, though more than 18 others tried the game.
I eventually got tired of the ‘high sec ganking’ and quit the game.
I came back when a good friend (the only one to continue playing EvE) died.
My overall goal in EvE is to collect one of each ship available from the four kingdoms/Nations (Amarr, Caldari, Gallente, Minmanter).
I figure that will take at least 5 years.
