Although biologically male, Bae has an extremely feminine appearance, which causes him much trouble (and gets him a lot of attention) from men. He is very slim, and has thin arms and a lanky body. He likes to wear girly clothing.

Bae is mostly interested in indoor activities, and does not partake in activities favored by boys of the same age, such as playing sports. Bae enjoys baking and is skillful in baking sweet pastry and the like.

Bae has an honest personality, and gets along well with others. As a child, Bae had an obedient, dutiful attitude; however, upon entering puberty, he sometimes experienced outbursts of intense emotion. Bae can be overly sensitive at times, and is often shown crying in front of others. Yet, Bae can also have an iron will and a defiant attitude, as when he went to school wearing a girl’s uniform regardless of what others, teachers and students alike, thought of or said. Due to these personality traits, it is easiest for Bae to associate with girls of his own age, and avoid any interaction with boys. As such, Bae has few male friends.
