Eve Online, despite it’s flaws and an ongoing refinement of the dream/execution, is my idea of the perfect game. It was true in 2006 and it’s truer today. I only hope that it continues to grow for the love of what we’ve made here and profits come as a side effect rather than profit driving the model. This is my hope, childish though it may be.
