Newbies while also new and inexperienced, have a drive to seek out and learn on their own. They seek knowledge and power. They have a drive and determination to carve out a life in New Eden.

Every successful pilot you see once started out a noob but found the power within to overcome that noobishness and rose to become a newbie.
