“I am willing to participate in PVP if we or our system is in trouble” - we do not enforce mandatory ops or have minimum pvp requirments, simply because RL comes first, but we do value pilots who understand that defense is necessary.
“I can use Ts3, but as I am a student and away from home for 10 hours a day, I want a bit of privateness (in the acoustic meaning). Usually I come on to voice later the evening. But, for sure, I can hear you all the time and will participate in the corp chat” - no worries there
