It was founded back in 2011 and has a virtually clean killboard and history, making it a perfect blank canvas for a corp looking to take the next step, a new Highsec/Lowsec entity, or a textbook alt-holding alliance.
As you know, establishing a brand new alliance from scratch costs a flat 1 Billion ISK and a decent amount of skills. I am looking for a quick and hassle-free transfer.
