I think our corp Filthy Peasants may be exactly what you are a looking for.
We’re an established US TZ lowsec/npc 0.0 pvp corp that lives in the Solitude and Syndicate regions. We’ve been in the area for many years as most of us are veterans with years of experience such as yourself. Our culture is very RL-friendly and we have no activity requirements.
Our corp has a wide variety of fleets such as blops or capital hunting combined with the set time fleets (roams, structure bash, gate camp, etc). We usually always have something going on and work closely with friends in other regions to cast a wide net in the search for content. We also use teamspeak 3 for fleet comms and discord for pings.
