Usually we discuss item donations during the draw or right afterwards in the in-game channel “BIG games”, before BIG updates his website and forum thread. - If wanted I can forward him a message, but I can’t guarantee that he will response.
Yes you are still allowed to participate, except for the draw of your own donation.
Beside that there are two other rules:
The value of the item(s) has to be over 250M ISK to make it at least a little bit interesting for the participants. Is it a wee bit below that, nobody will argue.
For new donators the item(s) have to be contracted to @BIG_Games first, to ensure that the donation is a real thing.
