i wouldn’t say “frowned upon” as we do understand the struggle. But yeah you’re right, it’s encouraged to not rat or mine in space that is currently actively being defended.
That being said, it still happens and at least me personally i just shrug it off. One thing that might make this work a little better is, our timers are all set for USTZ, so you just wouldn’t be online for 99% of stratops and that’s a perfect excuse to not show xD
Our main alliance wide mantra is “It’s a game, play it like one”. But yeah, as i said i fully understand, it took me a while to get into this way of playing myself. Before that i stuck to NPSI communities like Spectre Fleet, i can highly recommend that - and we might still run into each other there who knows
