Hey man, welcome back to Eve.
Our corp was initially founded by former null vets, who wanted to build a culture/RL first corp, that focused on actually playing and enjoying the game. We don’t have forced CTAs or mandatory OPs. Instead, we fly together on fleets because we want to. Because of this, we have great activity levels and our comms are a great mix of social and strategy.
We are based in a C2 wormhole with an HS and C3 static. This was originally supposed to be temporary, but we’ve decided to stay indefinitely. The chain constantly gives us content (both PvP and PvE), and the HS static just makes life so much easier.
Our leadership is very inclusive and encouraging for those who enjoy taking on more responsibility. Our main prerequisite for those wanting to take on those roles is that they share our goals in building a great corporate culture. Many of our pilots are either experienced vets or starry-eyed newbies, and no one enjoys being yelled at in comms for making a mistake. We prefer to watch recordings back and discuss what can be improved and then reshipping and putting it in action!
We live primarily inside our wormhole full-time. However, we do venture out to lowsec and nullsec for content often.
