Not picking you personally at all. And yes when I find time I do report character sales that are not following the rules. Like I just did by flagging this one.
Was just trying to help, but if you don’t have the time to use your caps key certainly you can not be bothered by the forum rules.
CCP will soon step in and educate you on proper character sales.
