What We’re Looking For
More than anything else, we are looking for the right people.
We want people who enjoy wormhole space, helping corp mates, defending home, and being part of a group where individual effort actually matters. If you’re looking for a tight-knit environment where people know your name, your voice, and the ships you fly, AYCEH may be the place for you. We value pilots who contribute to the group, communicate well, and understand that the success of the corp is built by people working together consistently over time.
Generally, we are looking for pilots who can:
- Participate in our PvE and PvP activities
- Fly, or train toward, our doctrine ships
- Scan, roll, scout, and respond when needed
- Communicate and work well with others
- Learn and improve over time
PvP Ships : We fly anything from heavy armor, medium armor, and medium shield fleets. Small gang is a bring your own style.
PvE Ships : Any marauder for your ISK making. (Alternate income methods are fine if you are self-sufficient)
Behavioral / Administrative / Activity Expectations
- Respectful, team-minded, no drama, no ego
- Register all characters to corporation SeAT
- Join comms when active
- Real life always comes first
- Activity generally expected week to week, but if you have things going on - just say something
