Astrahaus Availability in Jita

I apologize if this is a dumb question, but I am not a market guy at all. I was hoping that someone could give me insight into why there are only 4 or 5 Astrahaus available in Jita. I would have thought that with the addition of Quantum Cores that the price would have gone down and the supply would have gone up because it is more difficult and dangerous to own them.

My guess is that other traders know there is no market for them right now, or at least the market is poor so they are not investing in them, putting them up for sale, and perhaps (if they have them) are sitting on their stock until a better market for them opens up.
