Authentication Service Error for Account on Tranquility Server

I got this error for all my 6 accounts today.
Invalid response was received from the authentication service for xxxxx on ‘Tranquility’. This may be due to a temporary outage. If the issue persists, please try re-authenticating the account by clicking the ‘Add Account’ button.

I restarted launcher and PC and internet connection is good but error remain.

I scare to add new account and re-authenticate, I might loss a lot of ingame settings?

Has anyone else encountered this issue recently?
