Requirements:
- Subcap Proficiency: A high-skill-point combat main.
- Capital Capability: Minimum of one Dreadnought or FAX alt.
- Support Alts: Additional utility/support characters are highly preferred.
- Timezone: Primarily USTZ, though we have alliance-wide activity across all timezones.
